Beggich, Boggs Visitor Center
In Collaboration with The Sibbett Group

Located in Portage, Alaska (approximately one hour south of Anchorage), the Beggich, Boggs Visitor Center is a key gateway for visitors to the Kenai Peninsula. The center's exhibits illustrate the magnificent natural and cultural history of Portage Valley, Portage Glacier and Prince William Sound.

Through hands-on exhibits, dioramas, video and audio programs, visitors learn about the remarkable wildlife, weather, natural hazards and cultural heritage of the region. The Beggich, Boggs Visitor Center also provides an opportunity for visitors to become acquainted with the diversity Alaska's people through the Alaskans and Their Stories storytelling audio stations.
